Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

EMDEV's refund policy reflects the custom, project-based nature of our services. We are committed to fairness and transparency in all financial matters.

1. Custom Development Projects

All custom development engagements are milestone-based. Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, any unused portion of advance payments will be refunded after deducting the cost of work already completed and documented.

2. Consultation Sessions

Consultation sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without prior notice, are non-refundable.

3. Monthly Retainer Plans

Monthly retainer plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. At EMDEV's discretion, unused hours in the current billing period may be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

4. Digital Courses & Subscriptions

MaxSkills digital courses: refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided no course content has been accessed. Once any lesson or module is opened, the purchase is considered used and no refund is issued. Course access is granted for 1 year from the purchase date and is non-transferable. AbarTrad ERP monthly subscriptions: you may cancel your subscription at any time with written notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period already charged. Payments for all marketplace products are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a charge is incorrect or in error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction at contact@emdev.click. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
